Past Client’s Referral Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Highwater Homes Past Client’s Referral Rewards Program (the "Program"). This Program has been designed to express our gratitude to our valued past clients for referring new clients to us. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Highwater Homes Past Client’s Referral Rewards Program, you must meet the following criteria:

- You must be a past client of Highwater Homes who has completed a project with us or currently engaged with Highwater Homes at the Concept stage of your design or beyond.
- You must refer a new client to Highwater Homes who successfully signs a Building Contract with us.

3. Referral Rewards

The Highwater Homes Past Client’s Referral Rewards Program offers the following rewards:

1st Referral:
- After the referred client signs a Building Contract with Highwater Homes, you will receive a choice of either a luxurious home accessory or a fine dining experience, valued up to $1,000.

2nd Referral:
- After the referred client signs a Building Contract with Highwater Homes, you will receive a choice of either a beautiful weekend getaway or a gift voucher valued up to $2,000. Alternatively, you may choose to have us donate $2,000 to a charity of your choice.

3rd Referral and Beyond:
- After the referred client signs a Building Contract with Highwater Homes, you will receive either $5,000 in cash or you may choose to have us donate $5,000 to a charity of your choice. This is completed in the following stages.

  1. Stage 1 – referred client completes their concept designs and Initial Estimate with Highwater Homes and $500 is paid into the bank account of the referee (being you) or a donation of the same value is made on your behalf to your charity of choice
  2. Stage 2 – referred client completes their construction designs and Preliminary Building Agreement with Highwater Homes and $1,500 is paid into the bank account of the referee (being you) or a donation of the same value is made on your behalf to your charity of choice
  3. Stage 3 – referred client signs a Building Contract with Highwater Homes AND upon completion of the concrete slab, $3,000 is paid into the bank account of the referee (being you) or a donation of the same value is made on your behalf to your charity of choice

Bonus Referral Rewards Points:
- For each referral that attends a site meeting with Toby, you will receive 100 reward points. These points can be redeemed throughout the year, with each point valued at $1. These points will be redeemable on June 30 or December 20 and are not transferable to the next calendar year. The points will be redeemed via Bunnings gift vouchers or Red Balloon vouchers. They are not redeemable for cash.

4. Program Guidelines

- To participate, the referred client must inform Highwater Homes of the referee (being you) by name at the first time of contact.
- Referrals must sign a contract with Highwater Homes for your rewards to be eligible.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
- Reward choices are subject to availability, and their actual value may vary.
- All rewards are not transferable
- The first and second referral rewards and the bonus points rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Highwater Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

5. Donations to Charity

If you choose to have us donate a reward to a charity of your choice, the following guidelines apply:

- You must provide us with the necessary details of the chosen charity.
- Donations will be made within a reasonable timeframe after the referred client signs a Building Contract.

6. Data Privacy

By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for marketing purposes only.

7. General Conditions

- You must not engage in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour in connection with this Program.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals or rewards obtained fraudulently.
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative of equal or greater value at our discretion.
- Highwater Homes is not responsible for any lost or stolen rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Highwater Homes is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Modification and Termination

Highwater Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.
