At Highwater Homes we have been specialising in building new custom homes for more than ten years and have built homes within the Camden and Macarthur areas as well as within Wollongong, The Southern Highlands and the outskirts of Sydney.

I am Toby Searle, the working director and co-founder of Highwater Homes. Along with my wife Elizabeth, we established the successful and renowned family run Highwater Homes. We specialise in the design and construction of high quality custom designed homes.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to our clients, not only building a high quality home, but providing a building experience that is enjoyable and stress-free. We understand that this is likely one of the biggest investments you will ever make in your lifetime and we take that commitment with seriousness and dedication.

  • I attained a highly skilled background in carpentry and joinery with a local Camden builder before setting up my own carpentry business over twenty years ago. I have worked with many small and large established building firms and astute homeowners over the years.
  • My vast knowledge and expertise were put to good use working as a project manager for some of Macarthur’s top builders. Over 100 custom built homes were under my control throughout this period.
  • In 2011 Elizabeth and I established Highwater Homes, Macarthur’s custom home building specialists. Our aim is to build beautiful forever homes through a building experience for our clients that is enjoyable and totally stress free.
  • Elizabeth is the business manager and is involved in a wide variety of roles within the office. Elizabeth will often be the first point of call between you the client and Highwater Homes.
  • I was born in Camden and we both grew up in Camden enjoying all aspects of the lifestyle that the Macarthur area has to offer. We now take great pleasure in watching our three children enjoy the same lifestyle that Macarthur has to offer. We are your true LOCAL builder.
